The issue raised by this appeal is one of first impression involving a claimed property tax exemption under the provisions of K.S.A. 79-201 Ninth. Specifically, the question is whether a not-for-profit corporation which leases property to another notfor-profit corporation for below fair market value, which second not-for-profit corporation then uses the property for predominantly humanitarian purposes...
