Defendants Thomas Paulus and Commonwealth Management Corporation (Commonwealth) appeal from a money judgment and an attorney fee award against them and in favor of plaintiff. Plaintiff's complaint included two claims. The first claim sought specific performance of an alleged oral agreement to transfer stock in Commonwealth.
