A jury found Kenneth Arrasmith guilty of one count of first degree murder and one count of second degree murder for the deaths of Luella Bingham and Ronald Bingham, respectively. I.C. §§ 18-4001, -4002 and -4003. As sentences for the murders, Arrasmith received a fixed life term and a concurrent term of twenty-five years to life.
