Steven and Julie Ludwig, along with Wausau Insurance Companies, appeal a judgment concluding that, as a matter of law, Donald Dulian intended to injure a police officer when he resisted arrest.1 They contend the jury's negligence verdict should be reinstated. Dulian cross-appeals and asserts that he is entitled to a new trial because the court erred in several evidentiary rulings...
