RICHARD MILLS, District Judge.

ERISA suit challenging Plan Administrator's denial of benefits.

The Plan Administrator's record, however, is inadequate to enable this Court to conduct a meaningful review.

Therefore, a remand is necessary.

I. BACKGROUND

Charles Rankins ("Rankins") claims he was employed by Franklin Life Insurance Company ("the Franklin") from July 24, 1989 to March 4, 1993.1
