Defendant-appellant Claude Blanc appeals the sentence imposed by the district court in this criminal fraud case. Blanc claims that the district court erred in concluding that a fraud charged in an earlier case for which Blanc is currently incarcerated did not constitute relevant conduct under section 5G1.3 of the Sentencing Guidelines for purposes of sentencing Blanc in the instant case.
