After having waived a jury trial, Christopher Ray Woods was convicted of first degree burglary. (Pen.Code, §§ 459, 460, subd. (a); all undesignated statutory references are to the Penal Code.) Woods contends on appeal the evidence was insufficient to support the finding that the room he burgled was part of an inhabited dwelling.
