This appeal arises out of a class-action lawsuit brought by appellant Dennis Lee as class representative for Farm Bureau policyholders and members. The appellees, Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company of Arkansas, Inc. (FBM), and Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company (SFB), are carriers for automobile insurance and were the defendants in the lawsuit.
