NORRIS, Judge.

Arnita Horne and her husband filed suit against her automobile insurance carrier, Horace Mann Insurance Company ("Horace Mann") and Frederick Taylor. Horace Mann filed a motion for summary judgment urging that Arnita validly rejected UM coverage. The District Court agreed and dismissed all claims against Horace Mann with prejudice; plaintiffs appeal.1 We affirm.
