James R. Brown died from an injury suffered while in the employ of Lawhon Farm Services. Pursuant to Ark.Code Ann. § 11-9-527 (Repl.1996), an Administrative Law Judge awarded workers'-compensation death benefits to his three children. The Workers' Compensation Commission affirmed the award as did the Arkansas Court of Appeals.
