This is an action filed in the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court by the plaintiff, Margie Cunningham, against her employer, Leisure Inn, and its insurance carrier, USF & G Company. Cunningham sought compensation for personal injury she allegedly sustained while in the performance of her duties for Leisure Inn.
