This case comes before us on the appeal of Bradley C. Peterson from a judgment of conviction of robbery in the second degree entered in the Superior Court. After a jury trial, the defendant was sentenced to thirty years, twenty years to serve, ten years suspended and probation, and a consecutive five-year term of imprisonment as an habitual offender.
