Ameribank, N.A., 227 Ga.App. 517, 489 S.E.2d 319 (1997), to consider its determination that notice of the foreclosure hearing served upon the debtor by the foreclosing party was inadequate under OCGA § 44-14-161(c).1 We affirm because the statutory requirements were not satisfied...
