This is an action arising out of a failed venture by plaintiffs Associated Communications & Research Services, Inc. and ACRS Construction Co. (collectively here, ACRS) and defendant Kansas Personal Communications Services (KPCS) to construct a Personal Communications System (PCS) in Kansas. In its previous orders the court has dismissed other individual directors of KPCS as well as ACRS's fraud claims....
