This is an appeal from conditions of probation imposed by the trial court. Appellant, Lawrence Edward Speth ("Speth"), was adjudicated guilty of the offense of aggravated assault of a peace officer, see TEX.PENAL CODE ANN. § 22.02(b)(2) (Vernon 1994), and received a sentence of ten years probation, 180 days incarceration in the Harris County Jail, and a fine of $1,000.
