William Earl Banks seeks review of the trial court's denial of his petition for a writ of mandamus. We treat this as a petition for a writ of certiorari. Sheley v. Florida Parole Comm'n, 703 So.2d 1202 (Fla. 1st DCA 1997) (en banc), review granted, No. 92,260, ___ So.2d ___ (Fla. May 19, 1998). The petition is denied.
