We granted certiorari review to address a single issue: Whether the definition of "search warrant" contained in § 15-5-1, Ala. Code 1975, and Rule 3.6, Ala. R.Crim. P., is broad enough to encompass the seizure of intangible photographic images as evidence of a crime. The trial court and the Court of Criminal Appeals upheld the search warrant.
