On February 25, 1997, the Plaintiffs, Annette E. Leisure and Dennis Leisure, filed the above captioned action against State Farm Fire and Casualty Company alleging the wrongful denial of uninsured motorist coverage when purchasing the umbrella insurance policy issued by the Defendant.
