Plaintiff sought workers' compensation benefits, claiming he became disabled from a heart condition known as ventricular tachycardia, precipitated by his employment. The hearing officer granted plaintiff temporary total disability benefits, finding his illness was work-related. Defendant appeals that this decision was manifestly erroneous.
