Jerry Jensen appeals the judgment of conviction on one count of conspiracy to distribute amphetamine and his sentence of 150 months. Jensen contends that insufficient evidence exists to support his conspiracy conviction. Jensen also argues that because the government failed to specifically prove the existence of a conspiracy between Jensen and Todd Milbourn, the district court erred in admitting into evidence tape-recorded conversations of Milbourn...
