PER CURIAM.

The plaintiff, a former university professor, appeals from the summary judgment rulings dismissing his separate lawsuits against a former student and various university defendants. The two cases were consolidated on appeal. We conclude all of the claims against the university defendants are barred by claim preclusion and affirm the summary judgment ruling in their favor. As to the claims against the student, we find all claims are barred by issue preclusion...
