Pursuant to verdict, defendant-appellant, Eusebio L. Becerra, was adjudged guilty of kidnapping and of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Becerra appeals, asserting that (1) there was insufficient evidence adduced at trial to support the kidnapping conviction and (2) he received ineffective assistance of counsel at trial.
