In January 1986, with partial financing from defendant Key Bank of New York N. A. (hereinafter Key Bank), plaintiff purchased property in the Village of Saranac Lake, Franklin County. The property consisted of two parcels, one containing the Kehoe Motel and the other consisting of undeveloped land to be used for the construction of town houses. In 1987, plaintiff secured further financing from Key Bank for the construction of 12 town houses...
