Jose Rivera sold large quantities of cocaine to Eric Bradley, a drug dealer in Chicago. Bradley and other coconspirators then repackaged the cocaine and sold it "retail" to individual users throughout Chicago. Eventually the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) arrested Bradley, several of Bradley's employees, and Rivera. Rivera was indicted for conspiracy to sell narcotics; a jury convicted him. Rivera challenges the admissibility of wiretap audiotapes...
