The employer, Ryan Chevrolet, appeals a decree from the Office of Worker's Compensation awarding the claimant, Robert L. Woods (Woods), temporary total disability compensation from February 20, 1995 until he receives certain medical testing and is released to return to work by his orthopedic surgeon.
