STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Respondent-Appellant George Plisinski (George) appeals the trial court's judgment as it pertains to the division of property in a dissolution action filed by Petitioner-Appellee Paula Plisinski (Paula).

We reverse in part and affirm in part.
