¶ 1 The petitioner, Shane Skillen, filed a petition for dissolution of his marriage to the respondent, Stacey Skillen, in the District Court for the Sixteenth Judicial District in Rosebud County. After a nonjury trial the District Court entered an order granting joint custody of their child, Kinsey, to Shane and Stacey.
