This appeal stems from decisions rendered in two actions consolidated for trial. In the first action, plaintiff Wayne Ralfs sought to set aside farm leases held by defendants Reynold and Gary Mowry on property owned by LoAn King. Ralfs' second cause of action sought an accounting of the sum required to satisfy Mowrys' mortgage on the King property.
