MAGILL, Senior Circuit Judge:

Derrick Redd was charged on a seven count indictment of robbing three banks and attempting to rob a fourth. Redd pled guilty to two counts relating to one robbery, and a jury found Redd guilty of the remaining five counts. The indictment charged Redd with using a black revolver in the robberies...
