WAHLS, Judge.

Following a jury trial, defendant Stanley Stevens was convicted of ethnic intimidation, M.C.L. § 750.147b; M.S.A. § 28.344(2). Defendant was sentenced to sixty days in jail.1 Defendant now appeals as of right. We affirm.
