Plaintiff James J. Pappas ("Pappas") brings this lawsuit against the City of Calumet, Illinois ("City"). Pappas alleges that the City violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. by obtaining his credit report under false pretenses.
