The People of the State of New York, Respondent, v. Leonard J. Gould, Appellant

Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Second Department.

May 11, 1998

Ordered that the judgment is modified, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, by deleting therefrom the condition of probation requiring the defendant to obtain the permission of his probation officer before visiting his brother in Connecticut; as so modified, the judgment is affirmed.
