This case is before the Court on the motion of defendant Lambda Electronics, Inc. ("Lambda") to dismiss (Court File No. 3) two of the causes of action asserted by plaintiff Olin Corporation ("Olin"). For the reasons set forth herein, the motion will be GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART.
