This case arises out of the consolidation of Indiana University Hospitals ("IUH")1 with Methodist Hospital. The two previously independent hospitals now operate under the name Clarian Health Partners, Inc.2 Clarian is a private, nonprofit Indiana corporation that owns and operates the hospital assets formerly owned by Methodist and IUH.
