John E. Olson appeals from the judgment of conviction, following a jury trial, for four counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child, two counts of second-degree sexual assault of a child, and one count of exposing a child to harmful materials, all with the habitual criminality enhancement. He argues that the trial court erred in admitting a chart, which was prepared by the prosecutor as the State's witnesses testified, summarizing their testimony...
