OPINION
SHUMAKER, Judge.
Appellants Cole and Brehmer & Rosen seek review of (1) an adverse summary judgment in a defamation action, and (2) the district court's imposition of bad faith costs and fees. We affirm summary judgment and grant respondents' motions.
