By indictment filed May 12, 1994, defendant and two accomplices were charged with the December 9, 1993 robbery of Paul Scavone, manager of the Ponderosa Steakhouse in the Town of Rotterdam, Schenectady County, and a December 24, 1994 armed robbery in the City of Schenectady.
