Plaintiffs/appellants are former employees of appellee/defendant Earthgrains Baking Companies, Inc. ("Earthgrains"). Plaintiffs brought this suit against Earthgrains pursuant to the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification ("WARN") Act, 29 U.S.C. § 2101 et seq.
