Respondent Michelle Huisman appeals as of right from the probate court's order terminating her parental rights to her minor son, Justin Anthony Huisman. The principal issue in this case is whether respondent's former husband and Justin's natural father, petitioner Anthony Huisman, who has sole legal and physical custody of Justin, and Mr. Huisman's new wife, petitioner Deborah Huisman, had standing to seek termination of respondent's parental rights...
