Plaintiff brought this action to recover damages for personal injuries allegedly caused by the negligence of defendant's employee. Plaintiff alleged that she was injured as a result of a low-speed parking lot accident which occurred on 30 March 1994 when the car which she was driving was struck by a delivery truck driven by defendant's employee. Defendant denied negligence and asserted plaintiff's contributory negligence as a bar to her claim...
