This multifaceted and bitter dispute between Zip Dee, Inc. ("Zip Dee") and Dometic Corporation ("Dometic") has ranged across fully a dozen years and two lawsuits — one being between Zip Dee and A & E Systems, Inc. ("A & E"), the predecessor of current defendant Dometic, and the other being this action.1
