Pursuant to a plea agreement, defendant pleaded guilty to two counts of attempted burglary in the second degree in satisfaction of a multicount indictment and was sentenced as a second felony offender to consecutive prison terms of 2½ to 5 years. Inasmuch as defendant waived his right to appeal as part of his voluntary guilty plea, his contention that the sentences were harsh and excessive are unpreserved for our review (see, People v Moneyhan, ...
