This is a negligence claim for personal injuries arising out of an automobile accident. Appellant, Bernadette M. Kozicki, was injured when a stolen car owned by appellee, James P. Dragon, ran a stop sign and collided with her vehicle. The district court concluded that Dragon's acts or omissions did not proximately cause injury to Kozicki as a matter of law and granted Dragon's motion for summary judgment.
