The three appellants in this consolidated appeal pleaded or were found guilty of assorted criminal charges relating to their involvement in a large-scale drug conspiracy. They now appeal the sentences imposed by the district court. Appellant Hillsman contends that the district court improperly calculated his base offense level and criminal history category; in a related argument, he contends that the district court should have exercised its discretion...
