Sierra Finance Corporation appeals from the trial court order granting summary judgment to Excel Laboratories, LLC, and from the trial court order denying its motion for reconsideration. Sierra argues that the trial court erred in determining that it had no security interest in Excel's accounts receivable because it failed to designate the accounts as required by its security agreement with Excel.
