HUFF, Judge:

This is a worker's compensation case. Employee Stephen Harding appeals an order of the circuit court which affirmed the conclusion of the Workers' Compensation Commission that his employer, Craig Plumley d/b/a Plumley Construction Company, was not subject to the terms of the South Carolina Workers' Compensation Act. We affirm.
