Robert and Lenore Black appeal from a judgment quieting title to land located in the City of Shullsburg. The land was the subject of a property dispute between the Blacks and Raymond and Betty Harwick. The circuit court declared that the legal title to a portion of the disputed land was to remain with the Harwicks, the land's record owners.
