TERNUS, Justice.

Defendant, Shain Curtis Arne, appeals two convictions of delivery of a controlled substance within a drug-free zone. See Iowa Code §§ 124.401(1)(c)(6), 401A (1995). He claims insufficient evidence supports his convictions and he alleges two instances of ineffective assistance of counsel.
