In this breach of contract action, the plaintiff, Telephone Management Corporation (TMC), alleges that the defendant, The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (Goodyear), breached a contract in which Goodyear promised to compensate TMC for obtaining reduced telephone rates for Goodyear.
