Petitioner sought to recover attorney fees in the amount of $50,400 from an estate for services he claims to have rendered on behalf of the decedent, John A. Gaytan, before his death. The probate court ultimately denied petitioner's claim. This Court initially dismissed petitioner's appeal for lack of jurisdiction in an order entered August 6, 1996 (Docket No. 196000).
